It was a jam-packed weekend for Mozart lovers at Lincoln Center!

Read what The New York Times’ Anthony Tommasini had to say about the Freiburg Baroque Orchestra with fortepiano solosit Kristian Bezuidenhout and conductor Pablo Heras-Casado last Thursday night, as well as the Mostly Mozart Festival Orchestra with pianist Jean-Efflam Bavouzet and conductor Louis Langrée the following night (AND pianist Shai Wosner at A Little Night Music!) - all part of this year’s Mostly Mozart Festival.

Mostly Mozart runs through next Saturday.

Andreas Brantelid and Shai Wosner

This morning, Andreas Brantelid and Shai Wosner perform together on Lincoln Center’s Great Performers series.

One of Scandinavia’s leading cellists, Andreas made his concerto debut at the age of 14, and went on to win first prize in the Eurovision Young Musicians Competition (2006) and the Paulo International Cello Competition (2007).

Pianist and Juilliard graduate Shai Wosner debuted in 2006 with the Vienna Symphony Orchestra, and has since been praised for his exceptional artistry, musical integrity, and creative insight.

This should be a fantastic concert.
